Bureau Veritas in Morocco opens a new call center

Nov. 17 2021

Bureau Veritas in Morocco has inaugurated its new call center in the city of Casablanca.

Jaques POMMERAUD, Vice President France & Africa at Bureau Veritas, attended the inauguration and thanked all of the teams and partners who contributed to the project's success.

This call center is a way for Bureau Veritas to get closer to its customers and better meet their needs. To this end, a team has been formed to address their concerns and find solutions. This year, about 40 new recruits are expected to join the team.

The site has open spaces designed for the employees' convenience. Comfort, light, and high-quality materials are prioritized inside this extension. Employees have access to large collaborative work spaces as well as offices with acoustic panels to promote concentration and confidentiality. In order to provide employees with a pleasant living environment, a catering area has been installed.
