Bureau Veritas in Morocco at the Africa Business Days

Bureau Veritas participated in the launch, by the African Chamber of Commerce and Services (CACS) on the sidelines, of the first edition of Africa Business Days. In partnership with the Region of Dakhla and the Regional Investment Center (CRI).

On November 12 in Dakhla, Bureau Veritas in Morocco participated in the first edition of AFRICA BUSINESS DAYS.

What is the Africa Business Days?

The annual Africa Business Days, organized by the Swiss-African Business Circle. The theme of the 2021 event was "The Power of Regional Value Chains: African Markets and the New Operating Environment". Over 300 participants from 27 countries attended the event.
In the virtual exhibition area, 7 African embassies based in Switzerland presented investment opportunities in their respective countries.

This event allowed the meeting between the wali and the governor of the region of Dakhla-Oued Eddahab and, the president of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Morocco (CFCIM) and several Moroccan, African and European economic actors. 

The participation of Bureau Veritas in this event was an opportunity to establish exchanges to participate in co-investment and co-development in the region of Dakhla Oued Eddahab.

This initiative is part of the development plan of the southern provinces, Dakhla-Oued Eddahab and Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra, launched in 2015 by His Majesty King Mohammed VI and which is reflected on the ground by a program of investment and several structuring projects.
