Dalila AMMAR

Dalila AMMAR is a graduate of the National Engineering School of Tunis (1985) and an industrial engineer. She has acquired many operational skills in the field of energy and environment. Dalila Ammar is an expert in climate change - mitigation - energy efficiency.

She has participated in several programs including the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the program for the Global Climate Change Alliance and partnerships with GIZ (German Agency for International Cooperation) UNEP, UNDP and the French Development Agency. Dalila AMMAR is the founder and CEO of the Consulting and Research Office "BCE" in 1992.
