The Marketing & Sales team of Bureau Veritas in Côte d'Ivoire wanted to evaluate the performance of its teams and reward their efforts. A workshop was therefore organised during which the business developers exchanged and shared their experience.

Each business developer reported on the first half of the year and discussed the difficulties encountered and proposed solutions. The evening ended with the award of the best business developer and a dinner.
