An impactful kick-off of the MCA Product Line Manager Program (PLMP) took place in Istanbul from June 21–26, bringing together Product Line Managers from across the region for the first edition of this flagship initiative.
Designed as an immersive development experience, the program focused on what truly drives impact: creating clarity through leadership, keeping the customer at the centre, and leveraging operational and financial levers to strengthen performance.
Over five days, participants engaged in practical simulations, interactive discussions, and peer learning, reinforcing their role as end-to-end business owners.
The diversity of the cohort — across product lines and geographies — created a highly collaborative environment, enabling strong connections and meaningful exchange, and laying the foundation for a connected PLM community across the MCA region.
As a key leadership initiative, PLMP supports Bureau Veritas’ ambition to build high-performing, future-ready leaders capable of translating strategy into tangible and sustainable results. The program will continue its rollout with upcoming sessions planned in KSA and Africa in the coming months.
