Bureau Veritas South Africa is compiling a database of qualified and experienced professionals to support current and future opportunities within the power generation sector in South Africa.

Professionals with relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience at Eskom Power Stations are invited to submit their CVs and supporting documentation for consideration.

Important: Only candidates who meet the specified qualification requirements and can demonstrate relevant Eskom Power Station experience will be considered.

Positions Being Considered

Quality Inspector Level 1

• SAIW Quality Inspector Level 1 or CSWIP 3.1
• Minimum 3 years' inspection experience
• Eskom Power Station experience must be clearly reflected on the CV

Quality Inspector Level 2

• SAIW Quality Inspector Level 2 or CSWIP 3.2
• Minimum 5 years' inspection experience
• Eskom Power Station experience must be clearly reflected on the CV

Welding Inspector Level 1

• SAIW Welding Inspector Level 1 or CSWIP 3.1
• Experience conducting welding inspections on power generation projects
• Eskom Power Station experience must be clearly reflected on the CV

Welding Inspector Level 2

• SAIW Welding Inspector Level 2 or CSWIP 3.2
• Experience conducting welding inspections on power generation projects
• Eskom Power Station experience must be clearly reflected on the CV

NDT Technician Level II

• ISO 9712 and/or ASNT Level II certification
• Qualified in UT, MT, PT and RT
• Supporting certification copies required
• Eskom Power Station experience must be clearly reflected on the CV

NDT Technician Level III

• ISO 9712 and/or ASNT Level III certification
• Demonstrated experience supervising and reviewing NDT activities
• Eskom Power Station experience must be clearly reflected on the CV

Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector

• Relevant Electrical or Instrumentation qualification or trade test
• Quality inspection experience in a power generation environment
• Eskom Power Station experience must be clearly reflected on the CV

QA/QC Manager / Lead Quality

• Relevant Engineering, Technical or Quality qualification
• Proven QA/QC management experience on power generation projects
• Eskom Power Station experience must be clearly reflected on the CV
