Bureau Veritas South Africa is building a talent database of qualified and experienced Quality Management Professionals for current and future opportunities supporting utility-scale renewable energy and construction projects across South Africa.

We are looking for professionals with proven experience in Solar PV, Wind and Battery Energy Storage System projects, particularly in construction quality assurance and quality control. 

Positions being considered:

Civil Quality Supervisor

  • Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
  • At least five years’ quality supervision experience on renewable energy construction projects
  • Experience in Solar PV and Wind projects
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and civil construction quality requirements

Electrical Quality Supervisor

  • Electrical Engineering or related technical qualification
  • At least five years’ electrical quality supervision experience on renewable energy projects
  • Experience in Solar PV, Wind, BESS, HV/MV infrastructure, substations and grid-connection works
  • Strong technical documentation and reporting capabilities

Quality Supervisor

  • Relevant Engineering or technical qualification
  • At least five years’ experience on Wind and Solar construction projects
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and project quality controls
  • ISO 9001 or related quality certifications would be advantageous We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
  • Strong renewable energy construction experience
  • Sound quality assurance and quality control expertise
  • Excellent reporting and stakeholder-engagement skills

  • A commitment to safe, compliant and high-quality project delivery
