Business Challenge

  • A construction project is an important act: a design or execution defect can have serious consequences on the solidity of a structure, the safety of future occupants, its resistance to earthquakes, accessibility for people with disabilities or its energy performance, etc.
  • The main objective of Technical Control is to contribute to the prevention of technical hazards that may occur during the design and construction of structures.

Required control missions:

Mission L: soundness of the structures of viability, foundations, framework, enclosure and cover and the equipment inseparably linked to them

Mission S (Safety of persons): compliance with the regulatory provisions for the safety of persons in completed buildings

Complementary missions:

Mission HAND (Accessibility for people with disabilities): compliance with the regulatory provisions for accessibility of completed buildings for people with disabilities

Mission PS (Safety of persons in the event of an earthquake): compliance with the regulatory provisions for the safety of persons in the event of an earthquake

Special customer requests:

At the request of the contracting authority, the roadworthiness test may cover any other hazard against which the contracting authority wishes to protect itself: thermal, acoustic and installation regulations...
